The process
Your goals set the direction. Your voice tells us how to get there.
This is not one-size-fits-all training. The process begins with a functional vocal assessment to understand how your voice is coordinating today, recognize its current tendencies and define the technical priority that can create the clearest path toward your artistic goals.
-
Share what you want to achieve
Tell Flor what you are preparing, what feels unreliable and what you would like to do with greater freedom, consistency or confidence.
-
Receive a functional vocal assessment
Flor listens to how your voice responds, its register transitions, range, coordination tendencies and what happens when technique moves into your repertoire.
-
Define the technical priority
Together, you identify the coordination your voice needs to develop right now and turn it into a clear, personalized training plan.
-
Train, apply and refine
Each session combines targeted exercises with real songs, so the technique becomes usable in the music you actually want to sing. The plan evolves as your voice does.
We do not work only on what you want to achieve. We also identify what your voice needs in order to sustain it.
Two starting points
The training meets your voice where it is today.
You may be looking to strengthen the response of a voice you already use professionally, or to build a technical foundation that can truly support your growth. In both cases, the work begins by listening to how your voice responds today and identifying what it needs to develop.
You already use your voice
Now you need it to respond with greater reliability.
For singers, actors and performers who already have an artistic identity, repertoire and real demands, and want their instrument to be ready for what they are asking of it.
This is not about starting over. It is about making what you have already built more precise, resilient and available.
- Greater stamina for rehearsals, performances, shows and recording sessions.
- A more reliable and available mix.
- Power without depending on excessive tension or pressure.
- Greater consistency across registers and throughout the range.
- More dynamic, tonal and stylistic resources.
- Technique that supports interpretation, even under real demands.
You are building your foundation
You want to learn with precision from the beginning.
For singers who are still developing experience but want serious technique, personal attention and a foundation that can grow with their goals.
You do not need to arrive with everything figured out. You need the willingness to train with attention and consistency.
- More efficient vocal coordination.
- A clearer understanding of what is happening in your voice.
- Healthy technical habits.
- Fewer unnecessary compensations and tensions.
- A solid foundation for increasingly demanding repertoire.
- Confidence built through real technical resources.
What matters is not only where you begin. It is the instrument you build for what comes next.

Hi, my name is Cata. I’m an artist, and I’ve been training with Flor for about three or four years.
It’s very hard to put into words how much Flor has helped me on my journey, both as an artist and as a human being. She doesn’t approach the work only from a technical standpoint, but also through emotion and helping you find your identity.
She pays very close attention to what each person needs. To me, that is priceless, incredibly valuable and very difficult to find.
Since I started working with her, I’ve felt much freer, with the ability to use my instrument in ways I never imagined I could. Thanks to Flor, I’ve truly discovered many new ways to express myself.
I’m very grateful to be able to walk this path with her and to keep learning, because she truly is a professional and an artist worth having by your side throughout your career.

Actor and voice actor
It was the beginning of becoming aware of how my voice works—and my body is grateful for it.
With Flor, I almost learned how to speak all over again. Although I had already been working with my voice for several years, I was sustaining certain artistic processes through acquired habits without truly understanding the instrument. Training with her was the beginning of learning to listen to and understand how my voice works. And my body is grateful for it.

Questions before you apply.
Do I need previous singing experience?
No. Flor works both with singers who already use their voice professionally and with people building their technical foundation. The training is adapted to how your voice is functioning today and what you want to develop.
Should I choose 30 or 60 minutes?
Sixty-minute sessions allow more time for assessment, technical work and repertoire application. Thirty-minute sessions are a focused format for singers who benefit from shorter, highly specific training. Flor can recommend the most appropriate option after reviewing your application.
Can we work on an audition, performance or recording?
Yes. Private coaching can be shaped around auditions, live performances, recording sessions, demanding repertoire or a specific technical challenge.
